Step 2: Review our website
Once you decided what service you need, take a few moments to familiarize yourself with our costs and what areas of the Twin Cities and surrounding areas we travel to.
The cost of our services will depend on your area, the size of your pet, and if you are in need of cremation services or not. Our website breaks down the cost of each service and includes a service area map.
Step 3: Scheduling
We know this is an incredibly emotional time and we do our best to make the scheduling process as smooth as possible. Once you’re ready to schedule, you can either fill out a Request a Visit form on our website or call us at (612) 354-8500. One of our compassionate Support Specialists will walk you through our available appointment times and answer any questions or concerns you have before your appointment. Our phone staff is available 7 days a week to assist with scheduling and doctors can usually come out to homes within 48 – 72 hours.
Step 4: Paperwork
After scheduling, you will receive a confirmation email from us containing your appointment information, an electronic authorization form, and a link for payment. The electronic authorization form will take a few moments to fill out and requires an e-signature.
If you don’t have access to an email account or you’d prefer to handle paperwork and fees in person, our doctors will bring a hard copy version of the authorization and fill it out with you once they arrive at your home. Our doctors are able to accept card, cash, or check at the appointment if you’d prefer to pay person.
MN Pets is able to accept CareCredit. If you plan on paying with CareCredit, please pay over the phone prior to your appointment. Unfortunately, our doctors are not able to process CareCredit payments at the time of the appointment.
